A lovely H – it’s hard to do it that way and keep it legible, but it’s done well here. I’m not buying the ampersand, though, and I just don’t like that kind of r.

But there’s no denying the excellent Speedball-ish text. Sweet.

Another fine script. Right on the line of formal and informal, with a really nice o-r connection. And there’s a lesson here on the lightness and contrast of the script – heavier than the thins of the Didot-ish type below but lighter than the thicks. It works.

One more: and you’ll thank me for leaving the ad out – Lyman T. Whitehead Jr. is the picture of smug douchebaggery on his polo pony. Ugh. Excellent handwriterly script, and just a great whack at boldness – always difficult.
