The typography is all perfectly fine here, but what a strange ad. In photos, this car looks stunning. But here, it’s just flat (not to mention the lame yellow wheels instead of the spoked version). And the Packard badge is something gorgeous, too – so why did they leave it off? It’s the most boring car ad I’ve ever seen – perhaps a function of trying to figure out how to sell luxury cars in the middle of a depression.
